Terms Of Service
General
Should a commission take more than a month to complete, the client will receive a 15% refund.
Updates will be sent to the client as I finish each stage of the commission.
Changes to the commission may be requested only at the sketching stage. Afterward, additional charges may apply.
I may cancel and refund a commission at any time should I deem it necessary.
I will not redo a commission unless the client is willing to pay full price for it.
I have the right to refuse a commission at my discretion.
Payment
I only accept USD via PayPal through Ko-fi.
I require payment upfront and in full before beginning a commission.
If I have not received payment after 7 days, I will cancel the commission.
I do not accept payment plans or partial payments.
I will not lower my commission prices at the request of a possible client.

Art Usage
As the commissioner, you may use my artwork for personal usage.
You may not use my art commercially for merchandise, minting, or NFTs.
You may not repost my artwork anywhere without my explicit permission (toyhou.se is the only exception).
You may not copy, trace, or modify my artwork in any way.
You may use my artwork to add to a character's value if you paid for it.
My watermark should under no circumstance be removed from my art.
Design Usage
My designs may only be resold for the total amount at which they were paid for, including the initial purchase price and any additional commissioned artwork.
You may not use my designs commercially for merchandise, minting, or NFTs.
You may only trade my designs for artwork and other character designs.
You may upload my designs to Toyhou.se with designer credit.
Any amount of changes may be made to my designs as long as the changes take place on a separate image.
I will not revoke a design from anyone for any reason.
My watermark should under no circumstance be removed from my designs.
About Me
Hi! I'm Ari, a 20-something living in the Midwest with a goal of becoming a Graphic Designer with certifications in UI/UX and Web Design. After working in the customer service industry for 5 harrowing years, I decided enough was enough and promptly quit my job working remotely for a loan servicing company.As of Fall 2023, I am a full-time student at Lindenwood University and am working hard towards my goal to graduate and earn a degree in something I feel passionate about.Because I am a full-time student, earning any income has been difficult. While I am fortunate enough to live with family and not have to worry so much about bills or rent, I still have my own animals to feed, groceries, and the many materials and supplies needed for my classes.That said, it would mean a lot if you considered commissioning me! All funds, if not going to the expenses I listed earlier, are to be put into my savings for future emergencies and, inevitably, to pay off any student debt.I truly appreciate your interest and support!
